FinTech is a broad and multi-faceted phenomenon that has led international financial intermediation, as well as regulation and supervision, to face the challenge of technological innovation and the new business models proposed. A recent book published by Bancaria Editrice is dedicated to this phenomenon and offers an analysis of the digital transformation of the banking sector in the light of the challenges posed by FinTech and BigTechs companies, with specific focus on customer relations, on payments and insurance world, on the need for updating and renewing skills within banks.
