Bancaria carries out a thorough quality review of all articles submitted for publication.
Articles are assessed by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board, which comprises experts from the banking sector and the Italian Banking Association (ABI). The review verifies in advance the originality of the submissions, their consistency with the journal’s editorial policy and their compliance with the required academic standards.
This assessment is generally completed within three to six weeks of receipt of the submission.
Articles submitted for publication in the Forum section undergo a systematic evaluation and acceptance procedure known as double-blind peer review, in line with the practice adopted by leading international journals.
Articles proposed for the Forum section must be sent to [email protected]. The subject line must state that the authors wish to submit the paper to the Forum section. In the submission email, the authors must declare, under their own responsibility, that the article has not previously been published and will remain unpublished throughout the peer-review process.
