Demography, growth, inclusion: banks at the longevity test

Demographic change brings with it implications for economic growth and productivity, in Europe and in Italy. The banking sector is also called upon to face the new challenges related to demographic changes and potentially related social and economic inequalities and to intercept emerging needs, not exclusively financial. In this scenario, ABI has set up the Strategic Technical Committee on Demographic Evolution and Banking Services, as a forum for banks to discuss the priorities related to these structural changes in order to share good practices, reflections and proposals for action and to identify solutions capable of generating a positive impact in the medium to long term.
