The time seems ripe to launch a widespread action in the Real Estate sector to rise awareness and training regarding the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering precautions and rules. This is recommended by the trend of the Real Estate market and the construction industry and, in particular, by the start of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan projects. In a scenario made even more uncertain by the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, the rising energy prices and supply difficulties for businesses the underlying theme seems to be how to strengthen the governance of the Real Estate companies to avoid involvement in wrongdoing and loss of trust in the reference market.
